What does it mean to believe?

Knowing and loving the living God is simple.

Take the steps below to accept the gift of salvation.

Recognize that you are a sinner

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God   Romans 3:23

Recognize that the penalty of sin is death

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Chris our Lord.  Romans 6:23

Recognize God’s gift

God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us!  Romans 5:8

Receive Jesus Christ

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.  Romans 10:9-10

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved!  Romans 10:13

Just repeat this prayer and mean it from your heart

Lord Jesus, please forgive me of my sins.  Please come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior.  The best way I know how, I give my life to you.  In Jesus’ name, amen.
